refunds are only available while the commission is in progress.
commission work can only be used commercially if paid double the original amount.

do not use my personal art under any circumstances unless explicit permission given.
do not commission me or buy from me for someone who is blacklisted, you will be blacklisted yourself.
holds on designs are only a week long, refusal of payment may result in a blacklist.
do not sell a design for more than what you originally paid for unless extra art or value has since been added.
designs can only be used commercially if paid double the original amount.
